Tox likes to fight, likes to stir up trouble, but isn't inherently malevolent. He wouldnt wish death on anyone - but he's a punk pup who never grew out of it. He makes bad decision after bad decision, doesn't think things through, and is probably one of the worst decision-makers in the wasteland. He is, however, extremely talented at mixing up herbs and potions. Tox genuinely likes to help others - especially when it comes to their own personal struggles - and enjoys interacting with pups. He can show surprising kindness and gentleness when he isn't getting into scrapes with other tokotas.
