Kelpie earned her name through her unsettling attraction to water despite her ordeal, seeming to be pulled to bodies of water regardless of her will. Though she's made no attempts to drown herself, she's nearly drowned multiple handlers; causing her to have switched hands many times.
It's clear that at some point someone had tried to drown this Tokota as she was found in a bog with thick ship-rope embedded in her leg(which required amputation.)
She has a persistent wet rattle in her chest, often coughing and occassionally struggling to breathe. Similarly, she cannot bark and makes no other noise aside from the occassional eerie howl.
Now that she lives with Colette; a wandering Witch. Kelpie can be found most often in boggy swamps and cold ocean beaches on foggy mornings.
